- HSL Recruitment 2021 | Educational Qualification and Experience:
- DGM (VC-11184): Full time BE/ B.Tech with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Ship Building / Electrical / Electronics. Minimum 15 years experience.
- Assistant Manager (Civil): Full-time degree in Civil/ Civil &Structural/ Structural Engineering discipline with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
- Assistant Manager (HR): Full-time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Graduate with LLB or Degree in Law (5 years course). Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience.
- Junior Manager (IPMS VC-1184): Degree / Diploma with not less than 50% marks in Mechanical/ Ship Building/ Electrical/ Electronics. Minimum 02 years experience.
- Medical Officer: MBBS Degree and registered with Indian Medical Council. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
- General Manager (Finance): Full-time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks and Minimum of 20 years post qualification experience.
- Additional General Manager (HR): Full-time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks and 02 years relevant experience.
- Manager (Commercial): Full-time Graduate with not less than 60% marks. Masters in Material Management (MMS) / MBA in Material management /OR/supply chain management with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.
- Manager (Technical): Full-time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Naval Architecture disciplines. At least 09 years post qualification experience.
