In the absence of authentic database regarding the location of insanitary latrines, it has been decided to seek the help of NGOs, Social Organisations and the general public for collection and compilation of the data through “Swachhata Abhiyan” app.

L&T Defence Gets ‘Green Channel Status’ From Defence Ministry For Naval Weapon Delivery Systems

L&T Defence was awarded the coveted ‘Green Channel Status’ from the Directorate General Quality Assurance (DGQA), Ministry of Defence (MoD). It became the first private sector defence company to be granted this status for delivery of major systems.

Cabinet approved 100% FDI in the DTH broadcasting services sector. Licences also will now be issued for 20 years (now it is 10 years) with a renewal provision after every 10 years & fee from 10% gross revenue (GR) to 8% of adjusted gross revenue (AGR).
