Indian Army Acquires Made-In-India Bridging System To Ensure Speedy Mobility During Key Operations
3 sets of 10-metre short span bridges were inducted in Indian Army. The system will help the forces in difficult terrain which can then be used by vehicles and personnel to cross over. Built by DRDO, they are compatible with 15m SARVATRA bridging system.

ISRO chairman K Sivan gets one-year extension as secretary of Department of Space

BSSUK, a cooperative sugar mill & NKJ Biofuel tie up to set up ethanol plant in Kabirdham,Chhattisgarh.
It is the country’s first such PPP plant. NKJ Biofuel Ltd will carry out ethanol production using sugarcane juice and molasses, a byproduct of sugar mill, for a period of 30 years. Rs 100 crore will be invested;Capacity- 40 kilolitre per day.
